Vehicle Description
This car has a 455ci engine and 4-speed manual transmission. With only 100 miles on both the engine, it's also equipped with COMP cam and matching springs, Edelbrock intake with 750 cfm, Tri-Y headers to 2 ½" pipe with a Flowmaster H-pipe. The clutch also has 100 miles on it. Other items done during the frame-on restoration were front/rear brakes, upper and lower ball joints, shocks, bushings, water pump and starter. The car started life as a factory 4-speed/301ci car but the 1975 455ci engine was installed last year. This great-looking 1979 Trans Am is mechanically sound.
