Vehicle Description
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1965 Chevrolet Corvette
Roadster for purchase. The Corvette launched its 2nd generation
with the birth of the Stingray with a complete redesign barely
resembling its predecessors. The Stingray was lighter, had
independent suspension, and was aerodynamically tested. The only
American cars that could produce similar speed were large, heavy
Super Stock optioned Mopars and Super Duty Pontiacs. For the first
time, the United States had mass produced a true all-around sports
car.
This '65 Corvette Roadster in Ermine White with Black interior is
an awesome summer ride and a great collector. Originally delivered
to Whittier, California, this car has been kept to mostly stock
specifications, and really cool rare find for someone who prefers
an automatic. It's powered by the 327ci V8 300hp engine paired with
the powerglide automatic transmission. All the wear spots on this
car show excellent. The paint, chrome, seats, soft top, carpet and
more show the care this car has received with show quality
condition. It's also in great shape mechanically and very fun to
drive! Please call or email for more details!
