The 3106521 decodes as 3 correct for 1963 model year and 106521 is the matching VIN of the car 30837S106521. The F0107RE decodes as F for the Flint MI engine plant 0107 is the engine assembly date of January 7th and RE is the correct suffix code for the 327/340HP 4 BBL L76 engine. The transmission is a correct T10-7D 3813490 dated 11/27/62 and a correct early 1963 Borg Warner 4 speed manual delivered with wide-ratio gears.
