Vehicle Description
This short-bed fleetside pickup was customized and restored with an attractive two-tone paint scheme. It is powered by a 1971 Rocket Olds 350ci engine that was rebuilt .30 over to achieve 355ci and is attached to a Turbo 350 transmission and Detroit Locker posi-traction differential. The original coilspring suspension has been changed to an air-ride system on all four corners. The original cooling fan has been replaced with three electric fans. The custom interior includes a Dakota Digital dash, power windows, remotely opened doors, JVC stereo mounted in the headliner and a tilt steering column. The rear frame has been C-notched to allow for a lower stance. It has been converted to 5-lug with front disc brakes. The bed bottom is oak planking with stainless strips.
