among the finest conversions on the market today, bar none. Each
CRC begins life as a C5 or C6 Corvette that is refitted with a
bespoke CRC body and interior. All CRC bodies are made of a
state-of-the-art Gurit Carbon Fiber Composite that is finished to
customer specification. Likewise, the interior is reupholstered and
outfitted to customer specification before final reassembly. The CRC
conversion is more than replacing and bolting on a few panels on a
stock C5 or C6 Corvette. Each car is handcrafted and takes over 900
man hours to complete. The complete CRC body is manufactured using
state of the art carbon fiber. Every panel on the "donor car" is
replaced with a computer engineered, vacuum formed Carbon Balance
part. The CRC Conversion is a result of many years of digital
computer scanning and modeling with leaders in the carbon fiber
industry. The rear section of the car is permanently attached to
the frame and all other parts are attached using removable
fasteners. The car was designed to use factory stock parts (hinges,
wiring, interior appointments). The bumpers and most of the chrome
trim are manufactured specifically for CRCoachworks. Panels and
trim are custom fit and the car is painted any color the customer
chooses. The car is then cut and buffed ensuring a quality you find
only in high-end show cars. For more information on this 'Like-New'
