Vehicle Description
This is a true short bed with matching frame and VIN numbers. It features a new 350ci crate motor special ordered and built to 365hp with 9:1 compression ratio, 030 TRW forged pistons, steel crank, performance cam and new 72cc heads. This motor was finished-off with a new serpentine belt setup, new headers and Flowmaster dual exhaust. The Chevy motor was matched to a 700R4 automatic transmission. This is a clean truck and shows very well. It has a new drop kit and the bodywork has been completed within the last two years. The paint shows normal wear and tear from driving. A very close inspection reveals one of the cab mounts has a minor rust hole in it. Additionally, there is some minor rust on the interior driver's side kick panel, on the driver's side at the factory seam between the floor and the firewall, and also some spots on the driver's side door sill. The bed is in great condition with new spray-on bed liner on the floor and sides. It rides on 6-spoke 20" American Racing wheels wrapped in brand-new Nexen HP rubber. There is lots of attention to detail in this restoration that is more of a driver. It has all-new seat upholstery, dash pad, carpet kit, dash bezel, armrests, chrome door-sill plates, defrost vents and hoses, seatbelts, dash speaker, glove box, door handles and window handles. It has a USB connection to the GM stock stereo.
