Vehicle Description
This vehicle has been completely renovated. It was sandblasted, bodywork completed and painted to the factory-original paint color using two-stage paint. It was then wet sanded, buffed and polished. The period-correct 389ci motor and Super Hydramatic transmission were rebuilt 6,000 miles ago. The engine has been upgraded with an MSG electronic ignition and a new Tri-Power intake. It also features all-new interior in the factory tri-color blue, as well as new trunk lining and spare tire cover. The new top has new rams and motor. It rides on Coker tires with 2 ½" whitewalls. Other features include new seals and weatherstripping along with new windshield and side glass. The vehicle has had sound deadening insulation added under the carpet and in the doors as well as hood insulation. New light lenses, bulbs and switches were installed as needed. It has air ride shocks in the rear, and new front shocks, bushings, axle bearings, wheel bearings, and new coil springs. The stainless-steel trim was polished, and the rear bumper and taillight trims were rechromed. This vehicle has power steering, power brakes, and power windows which make it easy to drive. It also comes with a complete package of receipts, documenting all the work that has been done, and some old magazine color adds.
