Vehicle Description
This is a modified custom coupe with a real '64 Corvette body. It's been stretched 7" in front and 5" in rear. The black paint is of the highest quality and is a mile deep. It's powered by a Hampton 14-71 blown 632/600hp big-block Chevy engine with Hogan sheet metal intake, dual 1095 King Demon carburetors and custom two-stage nitrous system (the first stage is 300hp, second is 600hp). Everything under the hood is either chromed, powder-coated or polished, including the polished heads. It's all mated to an aluminum-case full-street 4-speed Lenco manual transmission. It's equipped with powder-coated chromoly tube chassis, Wilwood disc brakes, rack & pinion with tubular control arms and adjustable coilover shocks. The interior is all leather, including roll bar tube covers, dash, seats, door panels and headliner. It has power windows, power hood release and power locks. This car was an ISCA Show car - it went up against and beat the best in the United States. A few of the award highlights included winning Best in Class and Best Motor at The Grand National Roadster Show and West Coast Best 10.
