This second generation Monte Carlo was touted for its size, comfort, meticulous craftsmanship and lavish comfort. This 1977 Monte Carlo is a numbers match survivor with only 38,769 miles and still retains the factory plastic on the seats! Under the hood is a 305 cubic inch V-8 delivering 145 HP with a three speed Turbo Hydra-Matic automatic transmission. The exterior is finished in Light Blue Metallic and the well-finished blue interior is flawless with pleated front and back seats. The steering wheel features an inlay of burled walnut simulated wood panel that carries through across the entire dash. All gauges are in proper working order as well as the AM/FM radio. All glass, mouldings, seals and chrome are in great condition. A very comfortable cruiser with easy driving features such as cruise control, power steering, and (new) front disc brakes. A set of Rally wheels wrapped in radial tires complete this stylish and sleek Monte. The early Monte was something special and is becoming a very sought after collector.
