Vehicle Description
This Barracuda custom re-creation has been upgraded with the legendary 426ci HEMI motor, TorqueFlite 727 automatic transmission, power front disc brakes, power steering and a power-operated white vinyl soft-top. Originally this car was red on white with a 318ci V8 with an automatic transmission. It is now red on black. It has a slap-stick shifter, 3.23 gear rear, rubber bumper and a Shaker hood. It sits on 15" Rallye wheels with the original Polyglas tires. It has the correct HEMI radiator, new wiring, pulleys, hoses, bolts, fuel lines, linkage and brake booster. From manifolds to tips, the exhaust is correct for a HEMI. Every nut and bolt on the drivetrain is either new or rebuilt with correct Mopar components. This car has been decoded by Galen Govier and is in the Chrysler Registry. It has been professionally restored as a HEMI re-creation.
