This completely restored body is finished in GM Red with classic Corvette Red interior. It has test miles only since completion. With a fully TIG-welded polished stainless tubular chassis, it's powered by a5.7-liter LS6 V8 Z06 engine with 405hp and Tremec T56 6-speed transmission with Corvette C4 differential and 3.73 gears. It's also equipped with C4 Corvette 4-wheel cross-drilled disc brakes, Independent suspension with adjustable coilover shocks, and rack & pinion power steering. It also has power brakes, power windows and power door locks. It features polished stainless-steel dual exhaust. As part of the complete rotisserie restoration, the floor pans underneath the car have been professionally refinished in body-color red with the same spectacular glass-like finish as the top of the body. Over two years and 800+ man hours were invested in this real '62 Corvette roadster with modern-day technologies and performance.
