Vehicle Description
This Corvette is finished in dark gray metallic exterior with red leather reclining seats and red ostrich trim from Al Knoch interiors. The car, which sports a red stinger scooped hood, was rebuilt from the frame up by Corvette Center of Hawaii using all-original body panels, and is powered by a new GM Performance 525hp LS3, a special version not available to the general public. The LS3 performance is complimented by a 5-speed Tremec TKO 600 transmission with a special .64 overdrive 5th gear with a hydraulic clutch. This immaculate rebuild includes a Jim Meyers tubular "A" front suspension with QA1 shocks and adjustable coilovers, new rack & pinion and Vintage Air with Vintage Air front runner belt drive system. Ceramic-coated headers with polished 3" stainless-steel exhaust and MagnaFlow stainless polished mufflers are built into a custom side exhaust system that comes through the body in front of the rear wheels. Engine cooling is provided by a Be Cool fully polished aluminum radiator with an electric fan. A new custom polished-aluminum Currie Ford 9" rear end housing with 4-link and Panhard bar, aluminum Currie third member with True-Trac posi-traction with 3.90 gears and shortened Dutchman axles complete the package. It's also equipped with power windows and an electric powered hood. The Wilwood power brakes have 6-piston calipers in front and 4-piston rear with custom drilled and slotted rotors, as well as an E-brake with super dampener. Flaming River tilt steering column provides control and responsiveness. The interior features a custom dash with red-lit Dakota Digital custom gauges, custom center console with touchscreen monitor, DVD receiver, Bluetooth and USB interface. It's also equipped with a Painless complete wiring system. Custom headlights, 20" custom Budnik wheels, 8-1/2" front and 9-1/2" rear, and black Stayfast soft-top and a trunk completely trimmed out in red ostrich with subwoofer and amp reflect the highest level of attention to detail.
