Vehicle Description
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1972 Chevrolet El Camino
for purchase. Based on the Chevelle platform, the El Camino
re-started production in 1964 known as a "coupe utility". The idea
was to have a car with a handy flatbed that you could also drive to
church without having to take a beat up farm truck. In the eyes of
collectors, these cars are sought after for their unique styling
and muscle car qualities. While saying "car" is up to the person
nobody can doubt the muscle of the 68-72 El Camino's.
This '72 Chevrolet El Camino is an SS clone with a replaced and
rebuilt 454ci V8 engine and 350 turbo automatic transmission. It
received a frame-off restoration in 2013 and as part of the work
they leaned more towards the 1970 styling of the front end. It also
features bucket seats, solid lifter cam, 12-bolt posi, stall
convertor, headers, full exhaust, SS interior, air shocks, and much
more! This is a really cool build in a hard to find muscle care era
El Camino package! Plus having a beastly 454 powering you down the
road means plenty of old school big block fun. Please call or email
for more details!
