Up for sale we have a 1969 Pontiac GTO. This car has been cloned to look like The Judge. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and driveline of the Pontiac, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 70 to 80 cars at all times. We don't have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that's how we can sell for less than other dealers. We will start off with the exterior of the GTO. All the gaps and lines are good and the body is arrow straight. It's covered in the Black Poly that is accented by The Judge Stripes and decals. The paint has a deep rich shine with a gorgeous finish. This '69 has the dual scoop hood with the hood mounted tach that does work. Out back it has The Judge wing, and it also has the dual sport mirrors. At the time of the resto a new bumper as well as other new chrome was installed. All the weather stripping has been replaced, and all the glass looks good with the side windows working as they should. To finish off the look it's sitting on a set of Pontiac Ralleys with Red Line Tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of this '69. On the inside, it's done in Black with the correct style bucket seats and console with a Hurst Shifter. All the seat covers, door panels, and carpet look like new as does the headliner. Looking at the dash it looks correct with the Speedo, Gas Gauge, and even the clock working. An after-market temp gauge has also been added. The radio has been upgraded to a digital unit and the rear speakers have been upgraded to Kenwood. This GTO does have the front and rear seat belts.
Finally, we will look at the driveline of the Pontiac. Under the hood everything is clean and painted well. The engine is a 428 that has an Aluminum Intake and Holley Carb. It's dressed a Chrome Breather and Valve Covers. The 428 is mated to a Muncie Four Speed Trans and a 10 Bolt Posi. This is a factory AC car that has had the compressor removed. You'll notice it comes with Power Steering and the brakes are standard. The sound comes from the coated headers and new dual exhaust. When you look under this GTO the floors look great and have been cleaned and painted along with the frame.
