Vehicle Description
This one of a kind 1954 Chevrolet 5 window pick up was built with that "Patina" look that is so popular yet have a dependable drivetrain with a comfortable ride. The truck itself is actually in excellent condition with a superb body that is arrow straight with excellent body alignment and seams. As you can see the original grill was swapped out for a 53 which I think looks much better and a new cedar wood floor was added in the bed. The truck was painted a beautiful antique blue then distressed and painted in areas to give it a rust appearance. All new glass and weather stripping were added and all chrome and stainless look excellent. The chassis was also upgraded with a nova sub-frame with power steering and power disc brakes which really improved the handling of the truck on the open road. The drive train consist of a smooth running 350 V8 topped with an aluminum intake and edelbrock carb backed by a turbo 350 automatic transmission. The rear axle is a chevy 10 bolt with a 3.23 gear ratio. The interior of the truck received new red upholstered bucket seats from a early 60's T-bird, tilt column with Leccaro leather wrapped wheel, new Classic Instrument gauges, Lokar automatic floor shifter and Vintage air conditioning. The truck sits on a new set of 17" and 18" chrome Ridler wheels. This is a great running and driving truck and everyone can't stop complimenting on the Patina style paint. This beauty needs nothing and is ready to go.......
