Convertible for purchase. 1968 was the first year of the C3
generation of Corvettes, known as the Stingrays. Before government
regulations started chipping away at the abilities of these road
carvers, the Corvette was on top of the muscle car heap. Finding a
well preserved chrome bumper'd Stingray gives the collector a look
that will never go out of style to go along with the leading
performance combination of awesome power and great nimble
agility.
This '68 Corvette is a stunner in International Blue with black
interior and convertible top sporting factory side pipes to
complete the ultimate classic sports car look. A fresh restoration
has this stingray in top form cosmetically and mechanically. It's
powered by the legendary (believed to be numbers matching) L79
engine (327ci 350hp) paired with the 4-speed manual transmission.
This engine was offered only from 1965-1968 and many enthusiasts
love the engine powering the first year C3 with the ability to
calmly cruise and also get on it when you want to do some road
carving. It also features new seat covers, new convertible top,
