Vehicle Description
Between 1966 and 1969, the L78 engine was the most powerful Regular
Production Option (RPO) engine available in Chevrolet's
intermediate line, making it a highly-collectible muscle car engine
today. This 1968 Camaro has undergone a very nice restoration and
was reborn into the powerhouse you see today. Powered by a Date
Code Correct L-78, 396ci. Backed by a Muncie 4 speed. When you do
black, you have to do it perfectly and this car is as close as it
gets. The body lines are extremely straight and there are no waves
or texture in the paint. It literally is a mirror finish. A white
SS bumble stripe was painted on and cleared over as well. Deluxe
Black and White Houndstooth adorn the interior. A factory console
and SS steering wheel complete the look this recreation was going
for. Additional upgrades added to the black pony car are power
steering, power front disc brakes, a 12-bolt rear end, Rally wheels
with red line tires, front and rear spoilers and a stacked SS hood.
Don't miss this car. You'll be hard pressed to find one this nice.
