MacNeish also verified the engine and the transmission are both original. All of the other parts on the car are either original or correct. This is a very high-quality Camaro that is concours correct. This car started out as a rust-free car with original body panels, including the floor of the car. The fit and finish is exceptional on the car including the exceptional quality of the single-stage paint. This restoration is very well done. Exterior features include hideaway headlights, vinyl top, dealer-added spoiler and special ducted hood. It's equipped with posi-traction, power disc brakes and power steering. The deluxe interior features teak steering wheel with tilt, clock, AM/FM radio, tachometer, console, rear seat speaker and deluxe seatbelts. This Los Angeles-built car has been a rust-free West Coast car its whole life. It has a 302/290hp engine, a close-ratio 4-speed manual transmission and a BV 12-bolt rear axle.
