Lot #1099 - This is number 240 of 249 engineered from the ground up by Carroll Shelby. The engine is derived from Indy-car aluminum Aurora Northstar V8 used by the Indy Racing League in the early 2000s. The frame is high-strength extruded T6 aluminum with an all-carbon-fiber body. The low weight and mid-engine design produces a car weighing only 2,800 lbs with a 50/50 weight distribution. It does 0-60 in 4.4 seconds with a top speed of 186 mph. It's equipped with race car-derived suspension with ZF 6-speed manual transmission, huge power-assisted brakes, power rack & pinion steering, all-stainless-steel exhaust by Borla, factory air conditioning and hideaway convertible top. The glove box has been signed by Carroll Shelby (not all were). Always garaged, this has only 5,600 actual miles. It's finished in Centennial Silver with no stripe and black interior.
