Here we have a very cool 1954 Nash Metropolitan custom convertible
that has just undergone a full frame-off restoration with a few
upgrades to make it a more enjoyable and dependable cruiser. The
original drive line was removed a replaced with a smooth running
2.3lt Ford 4 cylinder engine topped with a Holley carb and backed
by a 3 speed automatic transmission. The car was also converted to
12 volts and is equipped with new Dolphin gauges, CD player and
electric wipers. The body is arrow straight with a perfect fit and
finish and the red two stage paint is show quality. All chrome,
stainless, glass and weather stripping are new also. The complete
interior has been replaced with new and the top is new also. The
car runs great with a lot more power than what is was originally
born with and the automatic transmission makes it even more of a
pleasure to drive. This metropolitan also sits on a new set of
radial tires. This little red convertible needs nothing and is
