Stk. 1920 2013 Ford Mustang Boss 302 It all started in 1969 when
former GM designer Larry Shinoda penned the design for Ford's new
Camaro killer and named it The Boss 302 in honor of the then new
President of Ford, Semon Bunkie Knudson; who had brought Shinoda
over from GM when Knudson had left. The rest as they say is
history. This 2013 Mustang Boss 302 is every bit as nasty as the
original, and it has been said that from a performance and handling
standpoint; this iteration may very well be the best Mustang Ford
has ever produced. And believe it or not, this one-owner Boss in
optional Gotta Have It Green has 236 actual miles on the clock!
Residing under that legendary striped hood are 444 ponies and 380
lb/ft of torque released from a 5.0L fuel-injected aluminum Coyote
mill that literally whinnies right up to a stratospheric 7400 rpms.
Harnessing all those horses is a six-speed MT-82 manual
transmission and short-throw shifter connected to a 3.73:1 Torsen
limited-slip rear end. Even with all the brutality this driveline
has to offer underfoot, some civility can be found inside; with its
optional Charcoal Black Recaro Cloth and Alcantara sport seats,
Alcantara tilt-steering wheel, Black Cue Ball shift knob, Cruise,
AM/FM/MP3/SAT/Six-Disc in-dash CD changer with 4.2LCD screen, A/C,
Power locks, Windows, Trunk release and Rack and pinion steering.
Underneath keeping her glued to the tarmac are ten-spoke Boss 302
specific alloy wheels shod with 255/40/ZR19 up front and
285/35/ZR19 Pirelli P-Zero tires out back while Brembo four-wheel
disc brakes provides plenty of whoa power. With a pair of H.I.D.
projector headlights, reflective hood and side strips, black
decklid spoiler and a unique side and rear exit exhaust you'll be
sure to snag your share of looks and listens from captivated
bystanders; all the while knowing that you are piloting one of the
best handling, factory built Mustangs made to date. Call
