A rare find in the US. This beautiful, nicely restored 220SE is a classic style car build in 1962. This fuel-injected convertible is a perfect weekend driver and is reliable enough for longer trips. The 220SEb featured a unitized body/frame construction and fully independent suspension. A 2.2 ltr straight 6 engine, aluminum head, overhead camshaft, and Bosch mechanical fuel injection and in excellent condition. Only 1,112 open top examples were ever produced worldwide. This car has been babied and care has been taken to preserve the woodwork on the dash.
