You must see and drive this two door HOT ROD!   HISTORY: “The Mercury Eight is a full-size automobile that was the first model produced by Mercury and was produced from the 1939 through the 1951 model years. It was the only model offered by Mercury until the marque started producing multiple series in the 1952 model year, at which point it was dropped as a model designation.”-Wikipedia    SPECIFICS / BUILD INFORMATION  EXTERIOR: - Frame off restoration just a few years ago. Frame boxed and reinforced. - Custom paint. Polished stainless side moldings. - 5 new Cragar wheels (spare included) and newer BFGoodrich tires.   INTERIOR: - Clean refurbished upholstery. No notable rips, tears, or imperfections. - New door panels, headliner, carpet - all installed during frame off. - Custom tilt steering column and steering wheel. -Under dash Air Conditioning controls. (compressor and belts not installed)   MECHANICAL: - Mild 350 with aluminum high-rise manifold and valve covers. - Turbo 350 automatic transmission with a Lokar shifter. - New wiring and fuse box. - New electric wipers. - New brakes, brake lines, and fuel lines. - New front end and rear leaf springs. - Independent front suspension with torsion bars. - Custom 22 gallon fuel tank.   DISCLOSURE: - Minor imperfections in the paint.
