This 1969 Ford Mustang is the rare and desirable Mach 1 428 Cobra
Jet Ram Air R-Code Drag Pack. Not all R code cars were Drag Pack
cars, and a few key features demonstrate how unique this car is:
engine oil cooler, horns together on the passenger side, and
optional rear differential.
This car is a survivor and has been well cared for from the
beginning. As represnted by the previous owner, it's never been
wrecked, and was not rebuilt from rust. All components in the
engine bay appear to be period correct including the carburetor,
water pump, throttle springs, smog pump, and more. For the purist,
the few upgrades that have been done, including power steering,
front disc brakes and addition of a mild Comp cam, can all be
undone and replaced with original parts.
