pleased to present this 2001 Harley-Davidson Fatboy FLSTF/I with
its snazzy paint job overlaid with a skull motif. Dressed in a
custom ruby red paint with a Willie G. Skull motif, it was
originally purchased from Columbia Harley-Davidson in Columbia,
Missouri. The paint is in overall excellent shape, with just a few
blemishes noticeable on the rear fender behind the seat. All of the
bike's lights are present, clear and crack free, including the
seven-inch headlight with its Harley-Davidson visor. The Dunlop 402
F tires are in very good shape, as are the solid disc front and
rear wheels. The front and rear fenders are in similar shape to the
fuel tank and the exhaust is shiny and large. The engine looks
brand new. Its rigid-mount, 1449cc four-stroke, air-cooled twin-cam
88B engine has a custom oil cooler and the engine temp shows 198
degrees F at the top end. Bike has a five-speed transmission and
belt-driven final drive. Previous owner ran Castrol synthetic oil
in the engine and added K&N filters and custom air breather for
performance. Owner also installed stainless steel, braided brake,
oil cooler lines and temperature dipstick. All maintenance work
done at Gateway Harley-Davidson in St. Louis, Missouri. Liquid
Illusions completed the repaint of the fenders and gas tank with
the skulls, added two dice to the rear fender and even green skull
tire caps to complete the look. The Harley-Davidson two-person seat
is in near-excellent condition, the speedometer face is clear and
free of cracks. The controls look new and the oil cooler gauge face
is on the right side, facing upward. Harley highway pegs, custom
caps and Willie G pads complete the look. Other than Gateway
technicians, owner claims no one else has ridden the bike but him.
