Vehicle Description
From 1958 through 1972 Chevrolet built a series called the
Biscayne. It was the least expensive model offered in the full-size
car range and they were produced primarily for the fleet market,
however sold extremely well to the general public.
At its introduction for the 1958 Model year, the Biscayne was
available as a 2 or 4 door pillared sedan and basically was a
one-year only design, in 1959 the car was re-designed, and now sat
on a longer wheel-base.
This Biscayne offered here is better than new in every way
imaginable. The car has been outfitted with a later 350 Cubic inch
V8 and is mated to its original 3-speed column shift manual
transmission. The engine has a mild street cam and a larger Cfm
carburetor. The car has been repainted with zero expense spared.
The body, paint, chrome and trim is like new free of any scratches,
dents or dings and shows near perfect. The interior was left alone
and other than the nice quiet rumble of the V-8 and added dual
exhaust the car looks as stock. Everything is in working order, it
is free of any rust, does not leak or smoke and is ready to be
enjoyed instantly. The asking price is less than what the paint and
chrome cost.
