Carlyle Motors is pleased to offer this brand new consignment. It is a 1939 Chevy, 2-Door Sedan with a Lexus SC 400 engine and transmission. This car won the 2006 NSRA Outstanding Southeast Street Rod and the 2005 Goodguys Chevy Corral Pick. The car was professionally painted in Tangier Orange (GM) and Sand Dollar Pearl (Lexus). This car was originally built by a gentleman who owned a Lexus Dealership in the Northeast. The car has Vintage A/C and Heat that blows ice cold. The car starts right up and drives down the road as a Lexus should. There is an 18 page booklet that comes with the car detailing all the specifications including wiring diagrams, etc. There are just too many items to list here but I have included the first 4 pages from the manual in the pictures below. They show the specifics on the drive train, the chassis, electrical specifications, interior and body specifications plus a very, very long list of additional details provide by the owner. It is safe to say that this 1939 Chevy is unique and completely different than most any other 1939 Chevy on the market today. If you like the styling of the 1939 Chevy but want the creature comforts of a Lexus, this car is for you. Please call me with any questions you may have or to discus this car today. I will be glad to walk around the car with you and answer any questions you may have. Thanks for looking at all of our cars! Sincerely, Carlyle Motors, LLC Houston, Texas Climate controlled showroom located in West Houston, Katy, Texas.
