Prototype models created by Jacko Johnson for Don Garlits Wynnsliner dragster in the early 1970s. Jacko Johnson was a well known eccentric drag racing figure in So Ca since the late 1950 beginning his career at George Barris garage (http://bangshift.com/general-news/jocko-johnson-is-dead/) .
Jacko lived in Laguna canyon here and was a close friend of racer Jim Busby (our neighbor) whom verified the authenticity of these items. There are two large scale models approximately 3 feet long ($2950 each),one is made of fiberglass and was partially converted to a RC car. The other model is made of hand formed aluminum. There are also several hand tooled sculptures streamliners about 6" long made of stainless steel which are signed and dated by Jacko Johnson $750 each).
