To be OFFERED AT AUCTION at The Raleigh Classic's Winter Event December 2-3 2016. Estimate: $48,000 - $54,000 Very, very rare limited edition Mercury Cyclone convertible. Only 100 were built to commemorate the Indianapolis 500 on Memorial Day in 1966. All of the cars were painted Candy Apple Red and had Parchment bucket seats. Engines were all 390 cubic inch 335 HP and this car has the C6 Merc-O-Matic heavy duty transmission. Standard equipment included dual exhaust, twin scoop, fiberglass hood, GT identification, GT stripes, power top, power steering and wood facia steering wheel.
