Vehicle Description
1948 Ford F-1 truck with the optional 239ci V8 and a 3-speed manual transmission has undergone a complete professional restoration to be factory authentic down to the finest detail. Beginning with a rock-solid truck that had been in the same family since new, the previous owner made the decision to spend whatever it took to achieve the highest possible result. It is easy to see that all cosmetic finishes on the truck are of show-quality, but understand that the truck also received a complete mechanical rebuild to achieve a ride and drive experience of a brand-new 1948 Ford truck. The restoration was completed in 2012 and the truck has had minimal use since that time, mostly hobby-related local car shows.
