This Ford is as Henry built it, using MARC and MAFCA Judging Guidelines. It features the original engine, transmission and rear axle. The drivetrain was highly maintained and restored to stock as the Original Restored Class mandates. It comes with both Ford authorized and Ford non-authorized assembly-line and dealer-installed accessories to supplement the standard parts and features. The roll-down rear window maintains the original shade and trim. It has draft deflectors with etched glass wind wings. It rides on Ford 19" Tacoma Cream spoke wheels with Firestone era-correct tires. The original fabric tire cover just failed in 2016, but it has the rear spare wheel, tire and mount. Features include Trico vacuum wipers, deluxe trunk and carrier, Motometer winged temperature gauge on the radiator cap. Air-Maze air filters. The deluxe interior and rumble seat area has the original upholstery in great condition. Other interior features include rare Ford flower vases, as well as the deluxe original dome and panel lights, and instrument panel with round speedometer, round ammeter and gas gauge. The following items are all-original and in excellent condition: choke rods, hand brake lever, ignition switch with keys, steering wheel, rearview mirrors, door sill scuff plates with Ford script, door pockets, door window, lock, handles, hardware and fasteners. The sheet metal has had an older cosmetic restoration. The upper body is Dawn Gray; the lower body, belt and quarter molding are Cherokee Gray with Straw pinstripe, and the splash apron and fenders are black. Examples of excellent fit and alignment for 85 years of use include the welting, hood handles, hooks, corner covers, rivets, bumpers, fasteners, running board rubber matting, step plate with Ford script and zinc edge trim, step plate center in right rear fender and exterior plating. The original lighting lamps and electrical components are in superb condition. All are fully functional except for the original G.I.M. horn with convex screen which need attention to give a good forceful "ah-oogah" sound. 3-speed manual transmission.
