Vehicle Description
This car sat in storage for many years. The most previous owner found it and put it back on the road. He is going through a divorce, so he sold it to me.
It has only been driven 119,xxx miles. The 327 starts and runs great. The Powerglide shifts as it should.
The dealership installed A/C needs a charge to work. The AM radio provides static. I believe the antenna is bad. Otherwise, everything works as it should. The original keys open the doors. The jack, spare an =d lug wrench are present.
This car has seen a few winters, yet much of the paint is original. There are flaws, repairs and a few bubbles. The vinyl top is very nice. The glass is all good. The chrome is nice.
The interior is very nice. The Caprice only upholstery looks wonderful. The arm rests and door panels show some wear and staining, otherwise, it all looks good.
I have been beneath the car and it is solid. The trunk floor appears to have been replaced with a correct pan. The rest of the floors are rock solid.
The tires are like new. The combination of radial tires, power steering and power brakes offers great drivin gpleasure.
“Please Drive Me” says the Caprice. You can easily transport five plus yourself. Why not do so in style?
