Vehicle Description
The current owner purchased this car from the Bondurant School in 2003. It underwent upgrades to make it more suitable for track-day racing. The 302ci engine was upgraded to 347ci with Lunati pistons and rods and 375 rear-wheel horsepower, 365 ft/lbs of torque from 3,000 to 6,500 rpm on the dyno. It's equipped with Trick Flow heads, custom crank shaft and cam, 48mm injector, Edelbrock Performer II intake manifold, K&N cold air filter and headers into custom exhaust. It also has Mishimoto radiator, oil cooler, power steering cooler, Diablo custom tune and MSD ignition. The suspension includes custom-made strut tower brace, Maximum Motorsports K-member replacement, caster camber plates, Hyperco coilover springs with Koni shocks, rear control arms and upgraded rear sway bar. The drivetrain includes 5-speed manual Tremec TR 3550transmission with carbon-fiber clutch, B&M ripper shifter and 3.27-ratio rear end. It has two Sparco racing seats with Schroth Racing belts. It features the original paint with decals as it was used by the Bob Bondurant School.
