Vehicle Description
This is a true collectors 1967 RS/SS. Complete rebuild of motor in 2013 by Wilkerson's Automotive (Tim Wilkerson of NHRA owns the shop). The motor is the original factory numbers matching 350, crank is stock, piston's are 10.5 forged Speed pro. Th a cam is slightly bigger than stock. The heads are original but have 2.02 valves along with hardened valve seats for unleaded fuel. The intake and Quadra jet carburetor are stock. The tranny is original but was freshener up with new synchronizes. Clutch was replaced. The rear end is original with the bearings and new ring and pinion seals replaced. The code on the axle housing is QL, which is 12 bolt open with 3:31 gears...Nice for the highway. The car was bought in 2006 out of Houston Texans. Then torn down and replaced everything that was rusty. Trunk, shock towers, rear quarter panels, inner and outer wheel house and front fenders.
Brakes have been upgraded from drum to disc. Radio, teach and gauges were replaced with reproductions to appear factory. This is the real deal not a clone and done right. Asking 42k or best.
