Vehicle Description
A fine example of prewar style and luxury, this 1936 Studebaker Dictator 4-door sedan has a manual transmission, suicide doors and wide whitewall tires. The chrome on the signature vertical grille shines bright, framed by the freestanding headlights in bullet-style cradles. It also features a split windshield and - like most cars of the era - only one taillight sitting next to the large trunk out back. Less than 30,000 Dictators were produced for the 1936 model year, and this one is certainly a standout. From the Tammy Allen Collection.
