Created by a team of GM designers in collaboration with California Street Rods of Huntington Beach, CA, this vehicle has been lowered 4" by chopping and channeling. It also has barreled sheet metal over the sides with full-length fender skirts covering the rear tires. It has clean-slit headlights and turn signals, Goodyear tires, machine-styled spun-disc wheels with Cadillac's signature wreath and crest center and carbon-fiber interior trim plates.
