This 1960 Chevrolet Corvette has benefited from a body-off restoration and is well documented. The car is presented in Burgundy with white coves and beautiful accenting brightwork. The car comes with a white soft-top as well as a hardtop. It rides on whitewall tires with factory wheel covers. The Corvette is powered by a strong 283-cid, 230-hp V-8 engine with four-barrel carburation, and it is paired to an automatic transmission. Both the engine and transmission have been rebuilt to factory specs. The interior is completed with black buckets seats and seat belts. Additional interior features include a dash mounted clock and radio.
Since the restoration, the Corvette has been stored in a climate controlled facility and has reportedly only been driven 197 miles. This is reported to be an award winning car which has been featured in catalogs and publications including Bloomington Gold Special Collection. With only 10,261 examples of the Corvette produced in 1960, this Bloomington Gold Winning Corvette would make a great addition to any collection.
