In 1955 Chevrolet began production of the second generation of the Bel Air. Chevrolets produced from 1955 to 1957 are commonly referred to as “Tri-Five” Chevrolets. For the 1957 model year, Chevrolet once again chose to restyle their car, this time it was in an effort to compete with the all-new 1957 Ford. Borrowing design cues from Cadillac the car was very well received, and today the 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air is one of the most iconic cars of the ‘50s.
This 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air is presented in bronze with a golden grille, anodized aluminum side trim panels and a white hardtop. The car rides on wide whitewall tires with factory wheel covers. The Bel Air is powered by a 283-cid Power Pack V-8 engine featuring four-barrel carburation. The engine is paired to a two-speed Powerglide automatic transmission. The interior is completed in two-tone white and black. Power steering is present to help easily maneuver this Bel Air.
