Vehicle Description
This Two owner 1959 Buick Invicta 4 door Flat Top was with the second owner from 1990 until 2016. This car still retains its original interior and drivetrain. The body does have a few body work flaws but with a little paint and effort it would be presentable at most cruise ins and car shows. The car is pretty solid with the typical areas that have been patched and repaired ( See Magnet Pics). The only spots we couldn’t get a magnet to stick is on the rears of the lower quarter panels. The under carriage, rockers, and trunk pan are all solid. All of the components for the A/C are with the car and just need new o rings installed and the parts bolted back in. The A/C compressor is free and a new heater core also goes along for the new owner to install. We don’t have the time or space in our shop right now to give this car the attention it needs. Hence the bargain basement price we are currently asking. The bright work on the car is much in line with the body leaning more to the driver quality and not show quality side. These Buicks are arguably the most sought after of all Flat Tops GM made for the 1959 model year. The brakes function well on the car but may need the right front rotor turned to stop it from grabbing earlier than the other three. The car runs and drives currently ( we are in the process of giving it a full tune up and putting fresh fuel in it). If you are looking for a driver you can turn into something more this is a great canvas to start with. With the popularity for these Sport Roof hardtops growing this is a great time to buy into this rising market.
