The 1958 to 1960 Lincolns were the largest American cars built following the Second World War; they were opulent and audacious. They were the first Lincolns to receive full unitary construction. All examples were powered by a 430-cid, 315-hp V-8 engine with an automatic transmission.

This sophisticated Marine Blue (code B) Lincoln Continental Mark V Sedan has a luxuriant blue cloth and leather interior and is one of 6,604 sedan examples made in 1960. Standard features on the Mark V included six-way power adjustable seats, tinted glass; power windows (including vents), antenna, steering and brakes. These cars also have the unique feature of a power rear window which raises or lowers at the touch of a control on the driver’s armrest. It is a distinctive touch and practical as well, providing refreshing ventilation which is nearly draft-free. Otherwise, feel free to employ the factory air conditioning that fits the opulent character of this car so well. Fender skirts, BFGoodrich Silvertown whitewall tires, factory wheel covers, almost jewel-like front and rear grille detail and AM radio are also found on this desirable and uncommon luxury sedan. This is reported as a “great original car” with a professional repainting.
