Just to look at the body lines of this car shows just how far ahead of its time it was. This car looks like a fast back with it's sloped rear end yet it has the long hood, big fenders, and enough room for 6. The fit and finish on this car is really nice. It was painted about 10 years ago and still shows very well. There are some spots here and there that could be touched up and there are a couple of bubbles here and there that can be fixed. Like we said, this is a very affordable and fun street rod that you can drive as is and have a ton of fun or take it to the next level and get even more attention that you would as it sits now. So, now that we have your attention, lets go around and open that big driver door and check out that interior.
As you open the door, you are going to get blown away by what you see. This car has a fabulous interior. The bench seat has no rips or tears in it and you can fit three across it and another three across the back. Now slide yourself in and take a look at the dolphin gauges, tilt wheel, the newly installed AM/FM/CD/Bluetooth stereo, and best yet the cold A/C unit. This car even has power windows up front and a push button start. This 68 year old car has a ton of things that you would pay a lot of money for in a modern car today. You can fit the entire family and all of your gear in this car, or all of your buddies to go on a road trip. Whatever the case might be, you can do it in comfort and style in this car. Even the windows have been tinted to keep out that hot summer sun. So like we said, it has a push button start so get ready.
Here it what you do. Turn the key forward and reach out and hit the start button and listen to that 350 under the hood come to life. The really cool thing about this car is yes it has a 350, but it is very well tuned and with the 700R4 overdrive transmission behind it, this car is getting 27 MPG on the highway. That is hard to find with a car of this age that weights around 4000 pounds. This car even has a tow hitch and a trailer brake mounted on it so you can haul even more stuff around behind you. This car as you will hear in the video just purrs like a kitten and needs to be in your collection as we speak. There is no way that you are going to go to a car show with this car and see 10 others like it. This car is going to get a ton of attention the minute that yo pull in to a show with it.

There are not many hot rods out there that are going to get you 27 MPG that weight around 4000 pounds out there, but this one does.
