GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1987 Chevrolet El Camino for your consideration. With one repaint in factory colors during its life, it still shows very well, with a nice glossy paint finish and zero signs of rust. This car was equipped from the factory with a 5.0L V8, mated to a THM2004R Automatic Transmission, PS, PB, Air conditioning (converted to R134A and ice cold!), power door locks and power windows and other creature comfort features which were optional back in the day, such as halogen headlamps, gage package, auxiliary lighting and tinted glass. The car also features a modern AM/FM/CD radio with speakers mounted behind the seat. The engine was rebuilt about three years ago, and at that time some tasteful performance upgrades were added, such as an Edelbrock intake and 4bbl carb setup, headers and dual exhaust. It runs very smoothly and sounds great. Rounding out the upgrades are fresh brakes up front, and new tires all around, all done within the last year.
