Vehicle Description
1968 Chevrolet Impala
You know a car has to be popular when it was first unveiled in 1958
and is still being made even today. Well that is the case with the
classic Impala. These cars have always been a popular model for
Chevrolet and even today the cars still receive some higher
performance options keeping that muscle car status alive. This 1968
Impala has spent its entire life in Texas. It was built out of the
Arlington, TX plant and today resides just a few miles away in the
same city. These 68's have some great body lines and the White
paint suits it well. The body is all in good condition and there do
not appear to be any major rust issues. All of the chrome and
stainless trim has a nice shine and all there. The glass is all
tinted and free of any damage. Original style wheels and hubcaps
sit under all four corners and the car has a great stance.
After sitting for some time the car was just totally gone through
to insure that it is running and driving properly. All of the
mechanics were evaluated and repaired/rebuilt/replaced as needed.
Under the hood you will find a 327 V8 motor and it is paired with
an automatic transmission. The motor is original and still wears
some of its original Chevrolet Orange paint. It is all topped off
with a Black air cleaner and the car is also equipped with air
conditioning. The brakes and suspension is stock.
