Vehicle Description
This 1952 Ford F1 pick up has been built to be an incredible
driver. Beginning with an excellent truck that was super solid from
bumper to bumper including the original chassis this all steel
truck received many new upgrades to make it the ultimate drive
anywhere pick up. For starters the original front suspension was
removed and replaced with a mustang II IFS with power rack and
pinion steering and power disc brakes. The new drive train for the
truck consisted of the bullet proof 302 Ford V8 topped with an
aluminum intake, Holley carb, HEI distributor and headers. The
transmission is a C4 three speed automatic with a Dana 44 rear
axle. The engine runs super smooth and strong and the transmission
shifts without issue. Very tight and smooth running drive train.
The truck was repainted some years ago and just had that perfect
amount of patina to it with a little fade in some spots, buff
marks, etc... perfect for a driver/shop truck as this was exactly
what we were looking for. We added the lettering on the doors with
latex paint so if you don't want it on there it can be removed
pretty easy. As for the interior we wanted it to be pretty nice so
we had the seat reupholstered in leather, new carpet, chrome tilt
column with leather wrapped banjo wheel, Classic Instrument gauges
and air conditioning. The truck sits on 15" steel wheels and runs
and drives great. Very nice and solid truck that is ready to
go......
