1983 VW Doka Cab+: Restored using all Original VW Parts. Seats 6 comfortably Front & Rear Seating. Compartments both with Bench Seats and a driver bucket seat. 1.9 Liter AAZ Turbo Diesel delivers lots of power and torque averages 30 miles per gallon and better. A Special Edition built by VW for the Bosnian Military it's built a little heavier than a standard T2/T3 has Armor plates on the bottom so you don't have to worry about hitting anything that might puncture: Coolant pipes Fuel or Brake Hoses the oil pan or either of the drive units. 5-Speed Manual Transmission: 1st is a Granny gear. All New Rubber fittings and seals on suspension system around all doors and windows. New water pump thermostat O-Rings Gaskets Muffler and gaskets and lots of other ALL VW OEM Parts. The Restoration was completed Old World Craftsmen in Europe. The Doka was stripped down so no two pieces were touching. Bad spots in the body and undercarriage were cut out new steel welded in place. Each piece was painstakingly restored to like new condition. Then under coating and paint were heat cured before being reassembled and getting the final coats of paint and clear coated with anti fade UV protection. Then Custom Upholstery shop recarpted the floors recovered the seats and the installed a new headliner. The results are "Stunning". It looks like a new vehicle My local VW Repair Shop told me they've never seen so complete restoration work no one in the U.S. pulls everything apart and does the work with such detail.
