The muscle car war is getting in to full swing, and Buick felt that it wanted in that race as well, but in a different kind of way. They wanted to offer plenty of power in their vehicles, but also wanted to do it with comfort and definitely some style. Before you is a great example of that style. This is a 1967 Buick Riviera. The GS trim that you see to the car has been added. It is not a true GS. However, the only thing that was different was the shock valving between the two cars. Other than that they were the same. Now that you have a little history lesson on that, let's get back to this car. We always talk about the fit and finish on these cars, and this Buick is absolutely second to none. The beautiful Silver Metallic paint job was done within the last 5 years and a new Vinyl top was added as well. You are not going to find any rust or bondo in this car either. As you will see in the pics and the video, this car is laser straight. The wheels that you see are obviously not Buick originals. They are 17" rally wheels from Year One. They are wrapped in 255x5517's all the way around and they look great. There have even been Riviera Center caps made to make them look like they came that way, and we think that they look awesome on this car.

This split bench seat with the arm rest in the middle is great. You can fit three across if you need to, otherwise it acts like bucket seats. There are no rips or tears in this power seat. The headliner and dash are also in fantastic shape as you will see in the pics. This is just one sweet ride. All of the power options work just like they should. You have power windows, power seats, tilt wheel, power steering, and power brakes in this car. Again, power with luxury options. So, now that you have yourself good and comfortable in this sweet ride, reach up and hit that key.
You are now going to hear the sweet sounds of that 430 V8 4 Barrel Carb under that hood. This car absolutely purrs like a kitten. There is a new exhaust system underneath, but nothing loud or obnoxious. Remember, this was about power with a luxury flair. This is all of the numbers matching things that came on the car. The miles you see on the odometer is what is really on the car. This truly is the gem that you are looking for if you are a Buick person. We just can not say enough how awesome this car is. It look beautiful from any angle you look at it, and best of all, everything works on it including the headlights.
