1989 PORSCHE 911 SPEEDSTER
ONE OWNER - ALL ORIGINAL FACTORY 911 SPEEDSTER
I ordered this car in November of 1988 and took delivery from Leesburg Porsche (Leesburg, Virginia) in July of 1989. Unlike many (if not most) 89 Speedsters, the speedometer was never disconnected and I drove it. Today, the mileage is a little over 74,200 miles. No accidents. No mechanical issues. Original window sticker and bill of sale. Since I was under 40 and living in Philadelphia, originally I had the car titled in my father's name, to save on insurance. Years later I transferred it to my name. Clear title. Michelin Tires. The only issues that I am aware of that need attention are; the tachometer stopped working about two years ago,the A/C will need a charge, The original canvas top shows wear but remains perfectly serviceable. This is not a show detailed trailer queen. It is just a dead honest good car that can be enjoyed exactly as she is.
