Up for sale we have a 1967 Chevy Chevelle Super Sport. This Chevelle has had a few upgrades under the hood, but the body appears to have its factory panels and a lot of the Factory Red Paint. We believe the most of the of the interior is also factory as well. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief description of the exterior, interior, and heartbeat of the Chevy, but first we would like to tell you a little about us.
Smoky Mountain Traders is a classic car dealer in east Tennessee. We are family owned, operated, and own our entire inventory, no consignments, and only deal in muscle cars and vintage auto. You can count on us to have 70 to 80 cars at all times. We don't have a big show room that our customers would otherwise pay for. So, that's how we can sell for less than other dealers. To contact us for more information, pictures, or any questions call our office at (865)988-8088 or visit our SmokyMountainTraders website.
We will start off with the exterior of the Chevelle. The body is straight as an arrow with what appears to be the factory panels. When you look at the bottom of the quarters you can see the factory welds and the numbers are in the trunk jam still. We believe that most of the paint on this car is factory. What appears to be the stock SS hood and grill looks great. The Bolero Red has a slick finish and looks great in the trunk and jams. It shows some aging, but is in excellent condition for its age. This is a factory Vinyl Top car that is black and appears to be in great condition. The bumpers look like they may have been replaced at some time, it does have the bumper guards front and rear. All the stainless and trim looks very good as does the glass. To finish off the look it's sitting on a set of Rallys with New Red Line Tires.
Next, we will take a look at the interior of the Super Sport. On the inside it's all done in Red which compliments the exterior perfectly. This is a factory Bench seat car with the column shift. It has had new carpet installed, but the seat covers and door panels appear to be factory. It has had an Auto Meter Tach added along with an under dash AM/FM CD Player. The trim inside this Chevelle looks good and it retains both front and rear seat belts.
Finally, we will take a look at the heartbeat or the Chevy. Under the hood it's all been detailed with the inner fenders being painted Satin Black. The power comes from a built 454 that's mated to a 400 Turbo Trans. It has Aluminum Heads with a BowTie Aluminum Intake and Holley Carb. The Exhaust flows through coated headers and duals. The brakes are Power with Disc up front and it has Power Steering as well. To keep it cool it's fitted with the Four Core Radiator. Also, it has the MSD ignition. When you look under it the floors look great. Out back the suspension was upgraded with aftermarket upper and lower control arms.
