I bought this car for use as my daily driver. But it is for sale. Keep in mind that the mileage will be increasing.
It was owned by a local man. He and his wife had 2 Cadillacs and a pickup. When they both retired, this car was offered for sale.
He bought it with less than 30K miles. During his ownership, it always had synthetic lubricants and premium fuel. He was religious about keeping it clean. He even removed the wheels for proper polishing!
He replaced the xenon headlamp bulbs as well as the serpentine belt. He installed new brakes and Michelin tires at approximately 110,000 miles. There is lots of wear left.
He and his wife have no pets. They don’t smoke. They didn’t have any kids. So the interior has remained very nice.
In addition to washing regularly, he kept it waxed. You can still find residue! He kept any chips or scratches touched up. The exterior looks very nice.
This car has the optional chrome wheels, heated and cooled seats, heated steering wheel, front and rear parking sensors and the CD/MP3 player. As a Cadillac, it comes standard with many great features.
I have driven it enough to know it gets 22 mpg locally and over 25 mpg on a trip. I was averaging over 70 mph, so you may do better if you drive slower. I was not using premium fuel either.
This is a great car. It rides smooth, handles well and looks great. All features operate properly. That is why I enjoy it as my daily driver.
But it is for sale. There is nothing to hide and I am happy to give you an up-to-date inspection report and the current odometer reading.
