For sale at Gateway Classic Cars in our St. Louis showroom is a 1977 Chevrolet Corvette. The '77 was recently repainted a beautiful shade of red and looks amazing over the black leather interior. Adding to the look are the tinted glass T-tops and a set of Rally Wheels wrapped with some very wide 295/50-R15 rear tires and 255/60-R15s up front. The rear of the car had the Corvette badge removed prior to painting for a nice clean look. The car has covered a little over 90,000 miles since 1977 and recently has been fitted with new tires, new mufflers, and brakes. The engine and transmission are original to the car. This one is equipped with Power steering, Power brakes, Tilt/Telescoping steering column and Power windows. Leather was actually standard for the first time with a cloth and leather combination available at no charge. The engine is original with exception to an aluminum intake manifold, chrome valve covers and an open element air filter to help give this Vette a little power.
